Bryce Goggin (Owner, Producer, Engineer) — Bryce started his engineering career at Baby Monster Studios in the early 90′s. Working just 3 blocks from the old Knitting Factory Bryce had the distinct pleasure of working with artists such as John Zorn, Elliot Sharp, Zeena Parkins, Mark Ribot, Bobby Previte and Wayne Horowitz. In the mid 90’s after mixing “Crooked Rain” for Pavement, it would be more likely to find him doing production work with artists such as The Breeders, Sebadoh or The Lemonheads. In the following decades Bryce has continued to engineer and produce for a variety of eclectic independent artists from Joan As Police Woman to Antony and the Johnsons.


Adam Sachs — Adam wears many hats at Trout Recording, having worked here for over 8 years he holds the positions of: Engineer, Mixer, and head tech, seeing to the maintenance and upkeep of all the vintage equipment Trout has to offer. He has engineered for a wide variety of artists such as Joan as Policewoman, Luna, The Swans, Apples in Stereo, The Dig, Space Hog, Smokey Hormel, The Netherlands, Ches Smith, Shahzad Ismaily, Charlie Hunter, and Tom Rainey. He has also been known to spice up at track or two with his slick percussion skills. His favorite microphone is the RCA 77DX.
