Ever wonder what REALLY goes down at Trout ?!

Well, we have Sunny. Fishy business, as per usual.

The voice of our generation, Adam Sachs.

Engineering, mixing, flannelling, you got it.

And of course, between Pro Tools and Falafel sandwhich scraps from Zaytoons, we have the music.

Here we have Hidden Meanings, working on their next project….

    …communicating through walls.

    And that’s a wrap!

Trout Recording. 613 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238.

New ska tune coming your way

    • posted in Uncategorized

Mixing ECCE’s new ska song in the studio today. David Roush, singer/songwriter of the band, says, “it’s more ragtime-ish, so it’s more of a mix.” Something like a juxtaposition of ska and 1920s.

    Kate Davis Band

Cutting tracks today for a new Kate Davis Band LP. Here we can see Alex the guitarist, ad libbing between takes as the rest of the band asks the real questions, “Should we order pad thai or basil fried rice?”.
